A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (14 days under the distance selling act)
• State of return (unused)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)

• Process of refund (because almost all of these are custom made items refunds are rarely given but we value your happiness so will make every effort.)
